1 Spaghetti squash
1 lbs ground beef or Chicken
2 Garlic gloves
Herbes de Provence
1/2 ts Chilly flakes
In a pan cook the garlic, onion and tomatoes - set aside.
In a pan cook the ground beef/chicken. Insert the tomatoes/garlic and onion sauce.
Pre heat the oven to 400F.
Cut the squash in half, apply olive oil, salt, pepper and bake it for 45 minutes.
Once cooked, pill the squash with a fork in order to make imitate spaghettis
In a big dish pan mix the meet, tomatoes/garlic/onion sauce with the spaghetti squash
Add salt, pepper and chilly flakes.
