Ingredients for 4:
1 lb - 400g Fresh Salmon cubes
1/2 cup soja Sauce
1 ts ginger powder
2 garlic gloves chopped
3/4 TS honey
2 TS ground Almond
2 TS sesame seeds
2 TS ginger powder
In a bowl, mix the soja sauce, ginger powder, garlic and honey.
Dip the salmon cubes for 5 minutes in the bowl.
In a plate, mix the ground almond, sesame seeds and ginger powder.
Put the salmon cubes in the plate in order to make a tempora.
Briefly cook in a pan for 5 minutes. Depending on taste adjust the cooking time to make the centre more (10 min) or less (5 min) cooked.
