Moving from France twenty some years ago, I became a Frenchman outside of France carrying in his baggages a bit of French culture spiced up by new discoveries.

Readers are mainly urbanite, 35 yrs old and up, not necessarily defined by gender but more by taste – Refined, well travelled and appreciative of quality products and services.

Antoine Cantarel – Originally from the Bordeaux region in France, Antoine is passionate about cooking using wood fire ovens. He established for the last 15 years The Bread Stone Ovens Company, importing ovens from France in North America along with a cooking school in Dallas, TX.
Béatrice Marlic – A plant based aficionado, Béatrice is always looking for healthy, sustainable way to cook. Traveling is a big part of her various discoveries.
Clem Duranseaud – A personal trainer based in Vancouver BC with a large span of customers from beginners, confirmed athletes in weight training, Ironman and other endurance buffs, Clem focus of the strength and conditioning along with proper nutrition to create long term fitness routines. 
Gilles Coquelin – Passionate about food and all the possible paring with it.
